Irish deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbour.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days.

EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us.

Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your PrettyLittleThing parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of PrettyLittleThing's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end

Although our couriers do strive to achieve the above delivery schedules 100% of the time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within the estimates delivery times.

PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express costs €14.99 and is valid for a 12 month period. Customers need a registered PrettyLittleThing account to subscribe. Offer must be purchased by selecting option at checkout. PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express is only available for delivery to Ireland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) and entitles the customer to free Express Delivery only. Postcode restrictions apply, see below. Orders must be placed before 9pm Monday - Friday .There is no limit on how many times you order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. PrettyLittleThing reserve the right to accept of refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. Customers will be informed of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. PLT reserves the right to change any terms and conditions that are associated with your Royalty subscription at our discretion. PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express delivery is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes. Unlimited Express Delivery does not apply to Nominated Day Service. Please note that our 12 month Unlimited UK & IE Express Delivery service excludes UK Next Day Evening Delivery. Once purchased Unlimited Express Day delivery is non-refundable. *Unlimited Express Day Delivery service will be reduced to a 72 hour service over busy retail periods including Black Friday weekend.

If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to. Please use the contact us form if you wish to have the parcel re-delivered.

Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. Please return the item to us by following the procedure stated in the 'How do I return an item?' and we will do out best to help.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 14 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
