WHERE IS MY ORDER?

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Irish deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbour.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

Sorry to hear you haven’t received a part of your order! Please note that during the period July to September, some orders may be sent out in multiple parts.

If you are missing part of your order, please check:

  • Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
  • Your PLT parcel packaging, if your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been split.

If you are missing items from your order and your dispatch email and invoice show all items on your order, then please get in touch with our customer services team HERE. Make sure to let them know your order number and which items were missing.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

EU deliveries – All orders to EU addresses will be delivered with all duties and taxes paid by us.

Non-EU deliveries - Depending on the value of your order, your PrettyLittleThing parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of PrettyLittleThing's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end

PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express costs €14.99 and is valid for a 12 month period. Customers need a registered PrettyLittleThing account to subscribe. Offer must be purchased by selecting option at checkout. PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express is only available for delivery to Ireland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland) and entitles the customer to free Express Delivery only. Postcode restrictions apply, see below. Orders must be placed before 9pm Monday - Friday .There is no limit on how many times you order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of PrettyLittleThing *Unlimited Express in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. PrettyLittleThing reserve the right to accept of refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. WHAT TIME WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
Eeek! If this happens, the delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel.They will provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered, please contact us.
WILL A SIGNATURE BE NEEDED FOR MY DELIVERY?
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to. Please use the contact us form if you wish to have the parcel re-delivered.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. Please return the item to us by following the procedure stated in the 'How do I return an item?' and we will do out best to help.
DISPUTED DELIVERY
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

If you wish to dispute delivery of your order, you have 14 days starting from the day that the tracking status for you order is updated by the carrier as fulfilled (i.e. updated as delivered to the address set out in the Dispatch Confirmation). We reserve the right to request evidence, before issuing any refund of the price paid and/or any associated delivery costs.
